About this notebook

JankyAI is a notebook for people running models on a machine they can unplug. The interesting part is rarely the demo. It is the quant that sounded sure of itself, the context flag that lied, and the tool call that would not stop.

It is not a company and it is not a benchmark lab. The stat strip, the speed chart, and the spec table are from the IronClaw machine. A teal Measured badge is a test result. An amber Documented badge is hardware or a model that was loaded. A slate Not yet measured badge is a test that has not been run. Pitfalls and wins use the same labels. The directory says what I have used and what I have only recommended.

The story so far is the real build log. The Examples group is not a test, and each of those notes says so. When a real run is worth keeping, add a Markdown file and leave the example chip off.

The line on the front, “Local models, with the janky left in.”, means the useful record includes the jank. What you asked, what came back, and what you had to undo.
